Hi, just a quick question re injections. I have had three cortizone injections between September and November. When I saw consultant at end of Nov he was going to do another one, but I said they dont work, so he said to leave it.
When I had a phone conversation with the nurse last Friday and asked about pred and depomedrone injection, he stated that that is what I had. I said I didnt think it was, but he said its all the same. Can anyone please tell me if I am competely crazy?!! as I thought they were competely different. Thanks love Barbs

Barbs, NO your not crazySmile

I think steroid tablets and depomedrone are the same thing - they both contain cortizone.

You'll probably receive more informative replies from other members who've had more experience than I have had with these drugs so please don''t take what I have said as writ.

Good luck on Friday,

Love

Barbara

They are completely the same thing, it is the strength of them which is different.

Love,

Amanda
